Independently operated pneumatic heads allow the lineup of pipes with different wall thicknesses.
A “Pull type – traveled” Internal Line up Clamp Pneumatic is pulled to the next joint (manually). Pipe welding Pneumatic clamp requires compressed air at 100-145 psi (7-10 bars). The maximum safe working pressure is 175 psi (12 bars).
A Non-Self type traveled Pneumatic clamp for pipe sizes 6” To Above.

- The Air tank furnishes adequate air pressure for lining up incoming pipe joints.
- Conversion kits for various pipe sizes are available on request.

- An adequate lineup at the next joint is assured by the reserve air tank.
- Alloy steel wheels provided with clamps for smooth traveling.
